   @mohammed: At present I haven’t tried to connect sd card slot. Also I don’t have much idea about it.

    i prepared player its connection is ok, fm plays but have problem in usb ,usb reading occur but there is no audio out comes so, please reply me what is actual problem & its solution.

    sir,here u use 3.5mm audio adaptor .can we use 8ohm loudspeaker at audio output without using any additional audio amp or amp circuits ? please send me ur answer at my mail id.

    please tell me that what type of ir sensor i should use.I have a problem with my circuit.The ir sensor is not reading but the pendrive is getting on and the sound is not coming.so please tell me what should i do?

    i am trying to connect usb-032b mp3/fm board. The board has 3 sockets and the symbols are as follows: –
    1) SD, DE, DO, CLK, CM, SDCS, GND, DP, DU, 5V
    2) L, G, R, V+, PMCH, V-, P, G, RI, 3.3V
    3) 5V, GND
    please help me, I don’t know the meaning of above symbols. how i connect the board. please tell me on my mail id.

    @jeffry I have made this kit with a 386 amp and sounds awesome I think it is not too bad who want to have a HI FI audio system.One must have to use a pre amp to connect it to a power amp.A transistor amp is best suitable for it.I used 386 amp as a pre amp to a 3055 based transistor amp like I am keeping crows away from my House.best of lucks for new bees

    I have connected the board as per the connection mentioned in your diagram. But Sound from USB is not comming. FM is good. Checked with Diff. pen drive still not working. Checked with different speaker(Amplifier) also. Same issue. Checked with a head phone directly connecting. But FM is good and usb playing but no sound. Shows the song name. Ultimately brought another new board but same issue there. Re-verified USB connections. Still not working. Please help.

    thank you sir,i made and its working!!!!!!!but when i plug my flash drive i am getting the songs but with a lot of cracking sound but the FM is working great can u tell a solution for this problem. Your reply will be highly appreciated.

    i made all the connection as per yours instructions, its working well at starting but after some 10 minuites it stop working only it display 1 FM station and play it..no other function work properly..display shows P03 and blinking..also my circuit board get heated after 2 min……….can u solved this problem ..plz reply me quickly as soon as possible…….

    A common problem for USBMP3/FM player china circuit board is that sound is not coming when pen drive is inserted whereas sound is coming only in FM mode.Similar problem has occured in my case also.I think this is due to not grounding of the ground/earthing of Left Signal-GROUND-Right Signal(L-G-R) outlet properly. Please let me know will it work if I connect the Left/Right oulet to the Volume Terminal of an Stereo amplifier and connecting the mid ground terminal with the negative Terminal of +5Volt supply from the IC LM7805.My object was to feed this circuit in an already existing old cassete stereo with 12Volt/3Amp supply and making a tapping of +5Volt via an IC LM7805 for energising the China USBmp3/FM board.
